When I started on my weight loss journey, I stuck with low point, pre-packaged items like frozen dinners, fiber bars, and processed snack foods. Now over 2 years and 70 pounds later, I depend mostly on real, wholesome foods. I hope to share some of my favorite products I've discovered that relate to health and nutrition. Of course, some other items might make their way onto this page, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
